- PSA: WhatFontIs is so much better than WhatTheFont . . . - Reddit
Whatthefont pulls from the massive myfonts database, but that's it Because it was always intended to drive sales to their own site Whatfontis pulls from all of that plus everything on fonts com, dafont com, Google fonts, font squirrel, and a zillion others
- DaFont - Download fonts

- The Font Matcherator - a much more accurate alternative to WhatTheFont
Just used it on a problem font I was having earlier with no luck from whatthefont and identifont It didn't read the letters right at first, but once I inputted them manually it found the correct font right away! I'm sold and will be adding it into my work routine
- There are apps that can identify fonts. For Free.
Second vote for whatfontis com it works basically the same way as whatthefont, but whatthefont only identifies fonts that are part of the myfonts website (which admittedly is HUGE) Whatfontis identifies fonts from dozens of sites, including all of myfonts, plus fonts com, those freebie sites like dafont, etc
- DaFont - Schriftarten zum Download

- are there any tools that can find what font was used in an . . . - Reddit
There are lots of online tools for this I always check WhatFontIs first, since they seem to have the largest library of fonts in their database and I can usually get a match there
