I'm sure you have heard that Wyndham is closing like 20% of it's sites (20 out of approximately 100 strictly Wyndham site, not including WM owned sites with Wyndham presence, or former Shell resorts) Anybody want to speculate on which Worldmark resorts are going to close? Lots of dead wood

I thought Worldmark MF increase is capped at 5%??? It is capped at the greater of 5% or percentage increase in the U S Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the previous year It was mentioned during the financials presentation at the annual owners meeting last month that the mf increase for 2025 will be 5%
