So when Yellow closed there was an influx of driver, DW and Mangers in the hiring pool Since this happened how many of the currect compaies did not give out raises?? If memory is correct XPO gave drivers a 4% and DW a 6% raise in 2024 So now you had an influx of willing and able people in 2023 but yet raises were given out in early 2024

I have a good gig but lots of people quit after a short time and hate XPO after that All comes down to luck, the terminal, and freight It all pays well, but can be hard to have a life

Yes, but they also have to give like 2-3 month notice they are leaving and sign a Non-compete clause So in a way they are a different type of employee

I am retired now 36 years overall 23 years with ConWay XPO I have seen this many times They will hire shinny wheels, especially to haul into Florida and cut the line haul runs They have done this many times and it always ends up costing them time and money The best drivers on the road are XPO employees BUT they (XPO Drivers) make good money

XPO has 3 5 billion of debt, but UPS and FedEx have over 20 in debt That to me seems like the hella debt

While we were still Con-Way, more than 50% of the hearings resulted in the employee keeping their job But as we all know it's a different environment both within the company and socially I think everyone agrees that every terminal, every region have their own culture within the culture identified as XPO
