FIX: After removing the run as administrator and cleaning steam cache i added the command '-map dota' in start up option of dota (right click on dota 2 in steam library -> properies ->genera, and at the bottom add the quoted command) For me this worked, I triied watching a game and worked, then i tried to q and now i am in pick-phase
