A couple ideas, your IAquaLink account is associated with your iAqualink 2 0 unit via the iAqualink device number that’s on the sticker on the side of the iAquaLink 2 0 unit While you probably did this I don’t see specifically anything about adding, or checking the iAquaLink 2 0 device ID to your iAquaLink account

1) connect it to a access point with limited no internet filtering - I connected this to a pretty locked up network and it wouldn't talk with the iaqualink server side (Nothing crazy - but I don't serve add trackers cookie services, etc to my home network), after I let it hook up to an unfiltered internet it was able to be detected
