our mission at holiday isle improvement association is to promote, encourage, sponsor and participate in the conservation, repair, maintenance, beautification and improvements of the streets, roadways, canals and other public areas located in and upon holiday isle and to this end receive and manage funds as per our by-laws for this purpose.
