originally built in 1925, oakdale park has been an important part of the community and the site of thousands of family reunions, festivals, concerts, family outings, camping trip and much more. we offer everything from cabins, cottages, bunkhouses, day buildings, shelters, tent camping, to rv sites, oh and don't forget the plunge. now owned by the city of glen rose the goal is to expand and restore the park to its former glory, so that future generations can enjoy this texas treasure.
