donald dinninger and his wife, bonnie pioneered old town christian outreach center in saginaw, michigan in 1996. this church does an amazing community outreach to the saginaw valley area, providing food, hot meals, and clothing to the needy in the area. the church is a full gospel, bible preaching church with three services, to include a youth ministry and children's ministry.
