Have used gportal for several games They're quite good Have had server issues like you described, once with valheim and once with enshrouded When I contacted support they moved our server and that fixed the issue My assumption is they just sorta under allocate resources to these "smaller" titles and servers

Gportal blows I rented a server for Project Zomboid and most of the server settings were missing from the configuration page I contacted support and they said I had to SSH into the server and manually change the server configs The whole point of me using their service was to make hosting simple and they failed in that regard Reply reply

Get an ftp app like filezilla, login to the server, the ftp data is on gportal, and download the world files including all dim folders
