Any of you guys out there ever fish either of the Delta Reservoirs? If so, what's the story? Not too far from where I live but have never fished them because I've never heard anyone talk about them either way - good or bad Any thoughts???

Drove by North Baltimore Reservoirs a couple times but didn't see more than 2 guys fishing Anyone know anything about these 2 reservoirs? Do they or have they been stocked? They look nice, good access etc but no one fishing seems to be a bad sign Any insight would be appreciated Thanks!
