But when I download a free app I guess it's not considered a "purchase" and therefore the app can still be downloaded with no authentication I want to be prompted for authentication (preferably biometrics) before ANY app is downloaded Even if the app is free How can I do this? I'm currently using a Note 10+ on Android version 9
