Back up your data file Deactivate all of the PNC accounts that you might have Do Add Account > select PNC Bank - Direct Connect > click on the Advanced Options link > select Direct Connect > complete the set up process making sure to Link the downloads to the accounts already in Quicken

I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from PNC, even though the Connection says "Express Web Connect+"

The other 2 PNC Bank accounts did not download any transactions and the Online Balances are still from 10 23 Hopefully this is a good sign and by tomorrow all 3 accounts will get updated

Since 10 30 25, the Direct Connect Function with PNC Bank to download Transactions and Online Bill Paying have stopped working As of Monday 11 17 25, I asked Quicken Help on the phone and they said this is still an unresolved issue

After you had set up the account with PNC Bank - Direct Connect, again, did you then go to the Online Services tab of Account Details and enable Bank Bill Pay? When you had changed the connection from DC to EWC+ Bank Bill Pay would have been disabled and it will not reenable simply by setting up DC, again
