I was reading through the manual for our 2014 Honda Accord and noticed it recommended replacing the brake fluid every 3 years I have owned three Hondas (1990, 1995, and currently a 2004) that all had have over 250,000 miles I have never done anything with the brake fluid with those three cars

Re: Why "breaking in" a barrel is NOT necessary The reason that the barrels change velocit is the bore actualy work hardens and if you fire yout rifles at say 500 yards you can see an elevation shift somewhere around 50 to 80 rounds then they usualy settle down the reason to break in barrels is to smoth out the burs in the throat

In my opinion using distilled water to flush is a bit overkill Also, insisting on Honda coolant is a fine but not necessary if you are flushing the whole system (be sure to get the heater core) If you have a air bubble the engine will not circulate coolant properly and may overheat

I'm trying to read the resistance of both the drive and driven pressure control solenoid valves inside the CVT thru the PCM C connector Pin 4 is the drive solenoid Pin 10 is the driven solenoid Its simple enough to grab a multimeter and check the resistance between those pins and ground

Re: Necessary twist for 308 175gr ? You should be fine with 175SMK's I wouldn't recommend 1:12 as the best for anything longer than that though (11 25 or less for VLD Amax types)

In the old days, PCV value used to be a tune up item Is it still the case on our 7th gen, especially V6? I'm pretty sure mine is still the original and works properly Wondering if it is necessary to replace it Have you replaced the PCV? If so, why?

I use a turning mandrel in place of the expander button on your decapping pin with the idea that it produces less runout than the expander button In short, I have a Dillon 550 and the first station is a F L sizing die with no decapping pin or expander button The second station is a carbide turning mandrel This mandrel is intended to create more even neck tension by expanding all the necks
