Since you're launching through the Epic Games Launcher, : Launch the Epic Games Launcher Select Library Right click Rocket League Select Manage Go to Launch Options and enable them Add -dev to the launch options, and then you can click the top right [x] Try opening Rocket League, hoping it crashes

For me I had to reinstall Epic Games Launcher, I used Revo Uninstaller though to make sure all traces of the launcher were removed, also just like Merszyszy said backup move your games directory to a different place before uninstalling the launcher
