1800-500-7590 is the phone number for Q2 Once you have it it’s not like it changes for every item Why not write it down now and hold onto it so you don’t have to wait for the screen to display it in the future You can also call the regular QVC order operators and they can help @gizmogal The number for auto ordering is 800-700-1402

We often here there are "750 people waiting on the phone lines to place their order " When was the last time you actually had to wait to place your order? I order online or use automated ordering But unless I have a question or need to speak with CS, I never order by phone I understand some people

Tried multiple times to reach QVC Customer Service The lines disconnect each time Cannot get through What is going on? Also so many items are delayed or suddenly backordered My guess is QVC is selling items that are not even in their warehouses yet

@Tammys95, If you google that phone number, you'll see how others have reported it as a scam to get your financial information You could report it to QVC by emailing the Social Team here at QVCSocialTeam@QVC com They can alert whoever is needed They are really wonderful and can answer and solve most any problem here

The item on the screen is always the first item number offered in my experience @sissy2 Tree That's the point I was using automated ordering by phone and the TSV was the first choice, not the item on the screen I also assumed the first option would be the Bob Mackie that I wanted but it was the SG TSV Hence my complaint
