A few months prior to going on Slynd I did try another PoP for a couple of months Like with Slynd, I found I didn’t have all of the bad side effects of the combined options but it did mess up my skin That’s when a new GP suggested Slynd and aside from some irregularities with my cycle, it’s been amazing ☺️

I actually just decided to stop taking Slynd due to the breakthrough bleeding I started taking it in June and had some spotting in the beginning but things seemed to even out after a couple of months I had some more breakthrough bleeding in October but it was off and on I really liked how Slynd made my periods much lighter, shorter and much less painful It also helped with my acne However

Slynd works relatively well for me, I have OCD and my intrusive thoughts have been much less than they were before starting Slynd However I will say that I had a positive experience with Nexplanon and a negative experience with the progesterone in IUDs
