- PNC Bank not downloading since February 23, 2026 — Quicken
Good morning, all My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2 23 2026 I am using Direct Connect

PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday

Is anyone having issues downloading transactions from PNC Bank using Direct Connect? The last entry I have received from the download process is 03 01 2026

I'm getting really pissed off at Quicken First, all the icons and Direct Connect transactions have not been displaying properly in the register for months, there are duplicate registry entries, and now Direct Connect with PNC is not downloading transactions My PNC account clearly shows new transactions starting Feb 13, but nothing has been updated in Quicken since Feb 12 Why is Quicken such

But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10 13 2025 last data date

Back up your data file Deactivate all of the PNC accounts that you might have Do Add Account > select PNC Bank - Direct Connect > click on the Advanced Options link > select Direct Connect > complete the set up process making sure to Link the downloads to the accounts already in Quicken

PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC

I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from PNC, even though the Connection says "Express Web Connect+"
