Since I am not in HR, or an ADP Admin, I am not allowed to contact ADP support for some reason, and our HR department is technologically illiterate so I highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it? We use ADP Workforce Now

The website hasn't loaded for me all day and I can't schedule a phone call with ADP Until February 9th which doesn't cut it We are expanding to Texas (currently in Louisiana) and we hired our first Texas employee I am very familiar with multi-state payroll and payroll taxes but I don't know where and how to set up a jurisdiction in ADP to make sure the multi state tax filings are done

ADP Workforce Now is horrible!! I've used this with 2 companies so far As others have stated, recruiting and onboarding are clunky at best

Is anyone else on the brink of a meltdown with this? My agency has been going back and forth with ADP for months over trying to get PTO balances to update and populate automatically with our payroll ADP says we have to request time through ADP in order for that to happen

Workforce Now Next Gen - anyone else? We just implemented ADP WFN Next Gen and the system itself is NOT at all what we were sold on It has been clunky and there are features that aren’t even “turned on” yet that are still in the user interface

I would also suggest posting your question on the ADP Bridge I've always found the community and Bridge moderators to be far more helpful responsive than ADP Support Alternatively, I'm a freelancer who helps companies with their ADP Workforce Now system If custom reports are tough to figure out, I can help with that
