this is one of the reasons traditional firms like s w, ruger, et al - push polymer framed firearms so much - most times these platforms are built around being assembled by less than professionally skilled gunsmiths - more product in less time revolvers require fitting, which does not allow so much for the time over money equation

Ruger doesn’t sell direct to customers and it is extremely unlikely that Ruger would allow its trademaked name to be licensed to a gun shop that they have no control over Not sure where you have been, but Ruger absolutely does sell to the public---just not firearms The web site mentioned is a scam phoney web site The real one is shopruger com

I am starting to think Ruger is relying on their customer service department to cover for their quality control decline The revolver shoots well but gosh where is the quality control? This isn't my first Ruger but it may be my last OR am I now expecting too much quality from a brand new Ruger? I hope not
