From a practical perspective, I can't see double checking my EOBs every time I get a reimbursement to make sure FSA feds is accurate It also seems like any kind of an audit risk for this would be extremely low and I could just deal with it then

I should add that if you are a Fed using FSA Feds, you don't need an EIN All you need is their printable form, the providers SSN, the amount you are asking to be reimbursed for, and the date of services And the nanny's signature I tried to provide them with more than this, but my payroll report only confused the processors

Fighting with the FSA firm for the feds to get our money back was too time consuming I'd rather itemize on taxes or just forget about the tax breaks all together--they don't amount to much unless we get all our money back anyhow
