There was a problem when accessing email from any other location in the portal because of the way the cookies cached in the common login system (skynet) To get around this: Kill your browser, bring it back up, and then go directly to https: email hughes net It should work following that

If the steps in the link don't make a difference, try removing and re-adding your HughesNet account in Outlook to see if that fixes things Here are the recommended settings: Outbound Server: email hughes net Port 587 SSL Authentication required -Liz
