That is the "Cover Sheet" for the PDF Portfolio which is displayed when the Portfolio is viewed in a tool that can't interpret the Portfolio file structure That is normal behavior That said, you can replace the cover sheet for individual Portfolios or replace the default cover sheet that will be used by all new Portfolios that are created

A similar problem seems to have reappeared in 2023 with the latest Acrobat version because of a option in the general preferences, "show me messages when I launch Adobe Acrobat", which makes a login window pop-up for each PDF document one want to read Frustrating but easy to solve, login once and unselect this option Should disappear
