I came across a post on Facebook of a popular doctor saying that whole milk is better for you than oat milk I obviously disagree with that, but found this comment interesting I eat overnight oats multiple times a week and use oat milk as a milk substitute in many dishes I buy oat milk that is just made of oats and water, no added sugars, oils, or anything else I always thought oats were

Oatly’s barista version has a higher fat content Fat is what allows milk to hold foam - this is why whole animal milk steams better than something with a lower fat content, and why milks without enough added fat (like most plant milks) don’t hold good foam

The last place I worked tried most of these, aside from full fat oatly which I’m intrigued by, and the barista oatly was preferred by everyone We loooved the minor figures packaging, but couldn’t wait for oatly to be back in stock for example, it foams better and is more neutral?
