Did you get a title with from the lein? Az doesn't care about the back fees No, CA Lien comes with the paperwork from CA DMV to start the title process I called AZ MVD, they won't accept the CA Lien paperwork That was the route I am trying to take to lose the back fees

AZ titles have to be notarized prior to transferring I bought an AZ registered boat trailer, seller and I went to UPS and got them notarized and then I went to AAA and did the required CA VIN verification on the trailer

Walk into MVD with the title either signed or already in your name It takes 5 mins Make sure you have AZ road insurance They do give you a grace period if you don’t have it at the time of registration It is that simple in Havasu
