Estes posted a video today about the scoring system crap After 2 minutes of your tractor idling its starts tracking the numbers and based on your driving time

Does anybody know what the new criteria is that they are tracking drivers on now? Nearly every driver at the terminal im out of had a failing score Only about 20 out of around 150 drivers had a passing score Yet our ELD has a 90 to 100 score on them Terminal manager wrote us a note saying it

Im hoping this is a better start this year compared to 2024 IN JAN - March last year a lot of runs were being cut It seems for little over 2 months i probably didn't get a whole week in Freight has slowed down again and according to some news the economy is going to wrecked by the tariffs

Estes is non-union and their management is intent on them staying that way In my opinion, That is why they are making sure that they are not hiring recently out of work union employees

I wish Estes as a whole would be more like a team instead of every terminal being like its own team I believe this is probably one of the reasons the company cant reach the number 1 status as L T L tracking company Most terminals are about what they do and not as a family They talk that family talk but its mere empty words
