We are currently aware of an issue where customers connecting to Golden 1 Credit Union are receiving an FDP-105 (Mac) or CC-505 (Windows) error

11 12 2024 UPDATE: Called Q support again…they said the "escalation" resulted in "…it is a Golden 1 issue…you have to contact them…" Something about the G1 not providing the VISA card info to Intuit Quicken (Intuit is still Quicken's "backend" bank CU connection provider) So no fix yet… very frustrating

Golden 1 Credit Union is setup as "The Golden 1 Credit Union" in Quicken for Mac Once you select this bank and enter your credentials, you will be able to setup your accounts

Step 1: for each account disable online services and on the general tab delete the text in the financial institution field then relink to "golden fcu" like described in the above post If you cant modify the financial institution text cause the filed is not editable go to step 2 Step 2: Rename the problem account to something different

We are getting reports that customers trying to add or reconnect accounts from The Golden 1 Credit Union don't show up on the add link page to be able to link to Quicken This is happening with customers who had to disconnect and reconnect existing accounts or customers who are trying to add the accounts as new From what we are seeing, credit card accounts are missing This has been escalated
