So if we assume that half of the people working at mcdonalds who are preparing food are under 18 years old, then we can say that "3 71 Adult human worth of under 18 years old human" is being consumed by people eating mcdonalds every day Granted my assumptions could be shifted a little which could slide that up or down a bit

I don't know about McDonalds specifically, but most places selling food goods that want your data through app usage or loyalty cards etc just want it for customer behaviour analysis targeted offers
