Its stupid and it looks like a scam website, but you can go to google and look up money network edd and that site is listed as the correct site and is the one that worked for me

However if you get stuck and are unable to answer security questions, you'll need to have EDD rep reset, which resets both password and security questions And lastly, you need to make sure you're using the original email you first registered with EDD's records Any newly registered emails and password reset attempts will lead you to a dead end
