The songs on Spotify can only be played within the app itself Even when you download some for offline listening, all this does is save some cache allowing the app to play these without an internet connection It's not possible to export these as MP3s or similar files and play them on other devices or transfer them via USB drives and such

Since you mentioned that the device you're trying to download Spotify on is an Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet (7th generation), make sure that the device meets our minimum system requirements as this can be the reason why it says that the app isn't available You can check our system requirements here
