- Best practices for up-to-date parcel owners : r gis - Reddit
ParcelQuest is using the same data access point that I am Typically not They pay people to go to the recorders office and digitize the data for Parcelquest As for dealing with the county, if it's causing problems in your city I would have your director and city manager mayor or whatevs reach out to the county's senior staff and admin
- Anyone have access to ParcelQuest ? : r realestateinvesting - Reddit
Anyone have access to ParcelQuest ? I'm trying to put together a " Delinquent Tax List " for raw land (or any properties) in some California counties which has been hard to find The treasurer and tax collectors have made it real hard to get any info from But I did see see that Parcel Quest might be able to generate some of these lists

- Update on MySitePlan lawsuit. Impact for California GIS workers.
MySitePlan staff do all their work remotely and do not perform site visits They produce site plans that, in part, use GIS data to depict property lines The executive director of the survey board (not the board itself) decided those site plans fell within the statutory definition of land surveying and issued a citation for surveying without a license California statutes say if you survey
- How do I find out who owns this land? : r santarosa - Reddit
A Title company could do that Land Title Like when you buy a house and get the Deed that lists you the owner Contact a real estate agent or loan broker or escrow company BTW I started getting contacts regarding buying my place Someone got a real estate agent to send me a letter saying her client wanted to buy it specifically Also the potential buyer came to my place twice, uninvited
