As @gg30340 mentions in their post about using the app, I've always just used BT Email app on mobile devices, no hassles and works fine with multiple email addresses, easily switch between each one without having to log in and out all the time

Hi BT seem to specialise in trying to make things as difficult as possible but there is no need to put up with their email software Set up a free Gmail account and divert your BT mail to Gmail and you never need use BT's software again My Gmail stays logged in and even starts automatically when m

Re: Managing BT Email now migrated to EE Cheers, I have taken a look at the link and it doesn't show how I can manage my email When I logon to my BT Account through MY BT, I have no option to click manage my email anywhere

Re: login email page has changed What page are you you trying to log in from Is it the direct log on page or through your MyBT? As far as I am aware there is no change to the BTMail login page Try this link BTMail or click on the Email button in the menu bar at the top of this page
