Slight update: I triggered a Dragon Harvest, and when the next golden cookie appeared (still during the harvest) I had about 18 seconds before the Harvest expired, so there should be enough time to at least get a partial x15 Dragonflight, maybe a full 22 seconds if RNG is nice to you
