I tried several things to enable the build in Administrator account in my unattended XML file, but nothing works I need it to finish my project, but it seems impossible

hi, I’m hoping that someone has a working unattened xml file with enabling local admin they could share? Goal is to rebuild a PC using SCCM, to the point we can then log in to the PC as administrator and sysprep or system reset it so then we can go through pre-provisioning for intune We can’t have the SCCM client installed in the image as it will screw up the pre-provisioning So

Type in \ then the local user name You've always had to do this to login locally to a domain controlled computer It would appear that Win11 is defaulting to an online account, so I suspect its a similar process When you type in \ check what it says in the "sign in to" prompt It should show the local computer name

Hello Just a quick guide here… Let’s say you want users to be local administrators, but you only want them to be on the machine they’re currently using, not all default workstations If you just add “Domain Users” to the local admin group, or anything equivalent to that solution, you will effectively grant everyone local administrative rights on all computers - this is bad, bad, bad
