Are you using a factory image, specifically from Infinix? ANY modifications to an image will cause the hash to change, which will trip the security in the bootloader, causing issues like this It may also be possible that Infinix has implemented some kind of roll back protections, in which case you may need to use the SP flash tool to get it recovered
