Running windows network diagnostic says amazon com is online but isn't responding to network attemps or something along those lines I then tried loading it with Edge which is a browser I have never ever used once except to download Chrome the day I built my PC, it also will not load Amazon and provides the same errors and troubleshooting tips

Very likely it's something with "Amazon" in it that isn't actually Amazon com, you need to look at what's in front of the com (or co or whatever) So you'll likely see something like account-update-amazon accounts clickthroughreturn co In that case, the domain is not Amazon, it's clickthroughreturn co, obviously pretty shady
