Why would you question the accuracy of the app when it generically runs a speed test on whatever network your device is connected to? I just ran it on my "other" network and it accurately measured the speed compared to the Speedtest app from Ookla

The first column shows 6415lbs per single tire, so the tag axle could carry 12,830 lbs at that lowest pressure, and the drive axle could carry 23,360 lbs at that lowest pressure So you're fine to run that lowest pressure in the first column Running a lower pressure "extrapolated" from the chart is debatable I could look up the steer axle if you need help there
