After having worked with OCS for several months, one thing is especially frustrating How are we supposed to build factored, meaningful, maintainable workflows without the ability to chain them together? Here's a simple scenario: Outside callers are routed to the MainOffice workflow - based on the "2 Level Interactive Template" There are 3 options on the phone menu, allowing the caller to

Is there a way to get CRM to only display the Month or Month and Day without the Year? For example 10 31 2009 I just want 10 31 to be displayed, but not only in the field when I am in "Active Accounts" View as well Thanks! Wednesday, December 1, 2010 3:54 PM
