I have checked the units in this drawing and they are in meters, however when I try to make an alignment and then change the station labels they show as feet Can someone please tell me how to change this? Drawing with an alignment attached

Since 'feet' is indicated under elevation units in Image-2, you'll have the correct elevation units (feet, not meters) when you build your surface and STILL have geospatial accuracy in the X and Y coordinates
