Unlikely Historically, Straight Talk was only a domestic plan with international calling options (calls out from the US) This doesn't seem to have changed on current plans Total by Verizon (what used to be Total Wireless) has Canada roaming on its unlimited plans, and those should work on Tracfone-branded phones without unlocking the phone
