I livenin California and have paid my taxes, a couple hours ago I went to make a purchase only to find my card declined I opened my banking app and found out that the money in both my checkings and savings was taken from, it was a "Legal Order" from the Franchise Tax board and they provided a number for me to contact, sadly they were closed I called my bank acct and apparently the Board
