Customer: I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40p30xxx TV, and AV4 is the input for receiving Sky satellite programs I recently moved to a new home, and after reinstalling my TV, I've noticed that when watching Sky, the AV4 indicator appears in the top-left corner of the screen and won't go away Previously, it would show for 1-2 seconds and then disappear as expected Can you please provide some advice

Customer: It seems that I've lost the AV4 input to my Philip's Model 34PW8520 tv That happened as a result of the house circuit breaker being turned off momentarily When I "threw" the breaker back on,the AV4 shows only a black,flickering screen This is the only input that provides true hi-def Is there some way to make AV4 usable again or did I destroy it by too much surge from the circuit
