How do I prevent my companys emails from going to Junk folder in . . . All email from my company's domain (highmark tech) goes to spam folder for all Hotmail and Outlook recipients (we have tested with 5 accounts and all go to spam) We can overcome this if the recipient marks the message as 'not spam', but we are sending emails to new customers who have filled in our online form so they cannot know to do this
Deleted all my mail THIS MORNING. . . Now can only see 6 months back . . . It only shows about 4 months of emails WHERE THEY HECK is my emails ?
