As others have said, video games as a medium aren't old enough to have lapsed into the public domain through time Software in general does not get released in the public domain (though there are exceptions!)

Depending on your definition of video games there is a fun rogue like dungeon crawler called Diaper Quest I’d recommend It’s free for the basic game and if you support the game you get access to a few more settings but you can enjoy the base game just fine It is very sexual though so be warned
