Has anyone linked their Hawaiian miles and Alaska miles accounts? I find info online saying you can link them, but not how to do it Or transferred miles between accounts?

In our experience, Hawaiian Airlines first class is a lot better than Alaska Airlines first class -- especially for food, but also for seats (with leg rests) and the overall experience If you're flying an A330 with one of the updated first class cabins on Hawaiian, you will be in lay flat seats
