When I turn the headlights on the leveling motors work so I assume there is power to the bulbs I could understand the right side headlight going, but can't figure the left (which was never touched)

Check the fuses are good then check out the headlight relay, swap the relays over and see if that restores power to the bulbs The headlight switch is always suspect so double check that is working and has power on the headlight position
