The clients are working in some other workgroup and it needs to stay this way The funny thing is that when I check the "Prompt for username password" checkbox in IE settings and provide CRM with authentication data in the beginning (when loading CRM web app) the emails open properly without any additional prompt

Whereas my 'Variable' value is set from a linq query output, that returns multiple values But my Output Variable does not support multiple values being returned ( like of type List or Array) It just persists the last value returned by linq query

The usual way to enhance this is either to set the field via an option set (dropdown) with allowed values or to calculate this field based on some other fields, such as sales stage, type of opportunity etc In pre-2011 versions this can be done via from scripting (JavaScript) or a workflow

There are several changes during installation but the wizard work also at the same way (first installation of CRM outlook client and later configuration) In the new UR7 biggest difference is that CRM addin is working in backgroud so you dont have to wait until it will load

What's the best way in managing this? I can't possibly record 5 or 6 names job titles in a lead So would I then create multiple contacts and link them to an existing lead? ie the lead would just contain company information

The easiest way is to search on Appointment entity via Advance Find and find appointment that are not completed in last six month and are regarding to the account record, you can include Account Entity columns (i e Account Number etc ) from the Regarding (Account) entity then can export into excel and remove hide the duplicate account values by Account Number etc

I performed an update today on Windows 7 It has been installed and working well for six months, being connected to the internet and updated roughly once a month I bought the OS and installed it over Vista in July 2010 Today it reports that this is not a genuine copy of Windows, quoting build 7600 The following is the diagnostic report from the site tool recommended here Thanks, Oliver
