EES NCOER Troubleshooting : r army - Reddit BLUF: Always hit EXIT whenever you leave an evaluation Anytime anyone opens an evaluation, it becomes locked for exclusive access by that individual The ways to unlock it are either for that individual to hit EXIT at the top when leaving an evaluation or waiting 15-30 mins without touching it for the acquired lock to expire

EES Outage? : r army - Reddit EES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends It’s usually published a bit late into the FY but you can see if there’s an updated one
