Hello, my friend is having major issues logging into his outlook His password was saved on an old computer that died He has tried to reset his password, but he is unable to fill the information needed out completely, the email address was created so long ago He doesn't even remember the answer to his security question either

In order to find which version of the email system you are using When you log into the account using a web browser does it say outlook com, outlook "preview" or Outlook Mail across the top?

- Unable to set new owner despite being administrator account and going . . .
If I change the "Owner" to my Administrator account, which is an online outlook account, the error changes to Windows Security Unable to set new owner on OS (C:)
- Microsot People App (Win 10) - Problem Deleting Contacts
I did log into my Microsoft Account using the link you provided, and some, but not all, contacts are in both places However, I don't want to delete the contacts from my Microsoft account - I just want to remove them from the People App on my old laptop
