Client came in with the invoice paperwork from SilverScript for the first month's premium He paid this last week but still does not have a card from them I called the agent line and as usual got the recording so I called the Customer Service number the member calls, spoke with the representative and was told that the cards are late in going out

I certified with SilverScript a few weeks ago and still receive e-mails stating my certification was not done so today I called Was told that I must be contracted with Aetna to be able to sell SilverScript Is this true?

Just heard on an Aetna webinar that they are only offering ONE PDP for next year, Silverscript Choice, and IT WILL BE NON-COMMISSIONABLE! SilverScript isn't even an option in my office - if they want it, and they understand that they could get WellCare from me (along with why it's better), then no, I'm not enrolling them, I'm not servicing them, I'm not answering questions about it They need to navigate that on their own (again, they had the option of getting my help on a good PDP)
