Honda reversed my charges Now I have to rearrange the money I moved to cover their mistake I have disabled auto payments and removed my banking info from the Honda Finance website I'll use my bank's bill payment service for the remainder of my loan This mistake by Honda was compounded by the extreme lack of communication

I'm scared that the IT department over at Honda Financial Services doesn't have a clue what they are doing I don't have a lot of confidence in them anyway, based on the debacle last month where they doubled my payment

So I purchased my car Saturday, and today the dealership called me saying they needed a copy of my SSN card as the Honda bank was very strict and needed a copy They have my SSN card already, they ran the credit check and all and my credit was good I am a little skeptical about it all

I went on the Honda Financial Services website a few days ago to make my lease payment (one-time payment) They sent me an email confirmation, stating what I had paid with a confirmation number This morning I checked my bank account and they posted the payment twice I have tried calling
